Active Wellbeing Suite

Proud winners of the SLNG Impact & Innovation Award 2025, the Active Wellbeing Suite at Stewarton’s Rose Reilly Sports Centre offers a unique and supportive way for people of all ages and abilities to become more active.

Ayrshire360 is one of only two Trusts in Scotland to have introduced this power‑assisted exercise concept, reinforcing our commitment to reaching individuals who may not currently engage in physical activity.

The Suite features a range of power‑assisted machines that provide a helping hand through a low‑impact, full‑body workout circuit. This style of exercise is suitable for all age groups and abilities and is particularly beneficial for those recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve mobility. It’s also ideal for anyone who wants to gently build confidence and ease themselves into exercise.

Designed to help keep you fit, healthy and active, the machines help tone and strengthen the body within a 30‑minute guided circuit. The sessions are fun, friendly and sociable — and each machine targets different muscle groups. Simply follow the on‑screen instructions and work with the machines, not against them.


Membership to the Active Wellbeing Suite costs £10 per month, with your first month free. This option is currently available to individuals taking part in the Activity on Prescription Programme.

Customers with an Active Plus or Active Lifestyle membership can attend instructor‑led classes at the following times (bookable online or in person). Pay As You Go customers are also welcome at £3.20 per class. An induction class is required before using the Suite.

  • Tuesday: 10–11am (includes tea, coffee, biscuits and a chat)
  • Tuesday: 6–7pm
  • Thursday: 6–7pm
  • Saturday: 10:30–11:30am
  • Sunday: 12–1pm
