Sports Hubs & Club Development
Community Sports Hubs
Our Community Sports Hubs bring together local sports clubs, community groups and partners to create more opportunities for people to be active. Each hub is community‑led, welcoming and designed to make sport accessible, safe and enjoyable for everyone
How We Work
We support communities by:
- Understanding local needs
- Encouraging clubs and organisations to work together
- Helping deliver projects and activities that make a real difference
Across East Ayrshire, we work closely with clubs, volunteers and partners to build strong, inclusive and active sporting communities.
Our Core Principles
All Community Sports Hubs are built on three key pillars:
- Meeting community needs
- Working collaboratively
- Empowering local leaders and volunteers
Each hub develops its own vision and action plan to strengthen local sport and increase opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to get active.
